Create an account to unlock extra features on our site. Make sure that when creating your account, valid information such as company name, address and a working email are submitted. Please protect both your username and password at all times as your actions taken under your login may reflect in your account.

User Obligations

Missing a payment deadline might delay or cancel your order. Please address any billing questions within five business days. Also, maintain a valid payment method and update us if anything changes.

After that, we will only start production once you say yes to the final design and agree to the payment terms. Because delivery times can change based on the type of package, how many items you order, and where it’s being shipped, they might not always be the same. When your package shows up, make sure to check it right away and tell the carrier about any clear damage without waiting.
The Packaging Company transfers ownership and risk of loss to you once the carrier picks up your goods. At that point, you handle insurance and any transit claims. If your shipment goes missing or arrives damaged, contact the carrier directly and follow its claim process. Also, share claim details with the Packaging Company. Packaging Company provides the necessary documentation but cannot influence the carrier’s decisions.
Packaging Company holds all rights to designs, artwork, and trademarks we create. You cannot copy or distribute these materials without our written permission. Alternatively, we can offer a separate license if you need to use our intellectual property.
Any logos, text, or images you provide remain your property. You grant Packaging Company a non-exclusive license to use your materials for the design, production, and marketing of your packaging. This license ends after project completion and upon receiving your written notice.
Your trade secrets, designs, and business data receive strict protection at Packaging Company. All team members and vendors sign confidentiality agreements before viewing your materials. You should not reveal our processes, pricing models, or proprietary methods.
Our team keeps your files safe by using secure servers, encryption, and access controls. Only staff with permission can see your data. The Packaging Company only shares it if the law requires or if you clearly say yes.
Packaging Company promises that each product matches the specs you approve and clears our quality checks before shipping. However, we cannot guarantee fit for every possible use or setting. Accordingly, you should test samples under your real-world conditions before scaling up production
If you notice defects within seven days after delivery, send clear photos, order references, and batch numbers for our review. We may then choose to fix, replace, or refund any flawed items.
Our maximum liability for any claim under these terms equals the total amount you paid for the relevant goods. Also, neither party can claim indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or goodwill, even if warned about possible losses.

Either side can end this agreement if the other party breaks an important rule and doesn’t fix it within 30 days after getting a written notice. In the same way, Packaging Company can hold off on services or cancel orders if payments are still due or if the rules keep getting broken. Even when the contract ends, it doesn’t take away any rights that were earned before that point.
Once the agreement is over, you must pay for all the work that has been finished and send back any confidential materials that belong to the Packaging Company. At the same time, any licenses you gave us will stop right away. Also, the parts about intellectual property, liability limits, and indemnification will still apply even after the agreement has ended.
The laws of the USA govern this agreement and any related disputes, without applying conflict-of-law principles. Both you and Packaging Company agree to exclusive venue and jurisdiction in state or federal courts in [County], [State].
