At Packaging Company, we believe shopping should always feel easy. If something you ordered doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. This page gives you all the steps and simple rules for making a return. That way, you’ll always know what to do if a problem pops up.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Some things can be returned, and some can’t. To send something back, here’s what must be true:

  • The item wasn’t used and still has its original packaging
  • You’re asking to return it within 30 days of getting it
  • You have your receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item wasn’t custom-made or personalized

If your item matches all of these, you’re good to go.

  1. How to Start a Return

You can get started by doing a few simple things:

  • Talk to our customer support team by phone or email
  • Share your order number and explain why you want to return the item
  • We’ll give you a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Make sure the item is packed well and place the RA number inside the box
  • Use a shipping service that gives tracking so you’ll know it gets to us

After we get the return, we’ll take a look and move forward with your refund.

  1. Refund Timeline

Once your item arrives back at our place, we check it over to make sure everything is right. After that, you’ll get your refund in about 5 to 7 business days. The money will go back to whatever method you used to pay. Keep in mind that shipping fees don’t get refunded unless we made a mistake.

  1. Exchanges

If you need another size or item, here’s how it works: simply send back any unwanted merchandise to us, and place a new order with us for what you do want. This makes things much quicker while helping us track everything more easily.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

We try our best to ship everything with care, errors do occur. Please give us five days’ notice if something breaks or malfunctions! When emailing us about this issue, please include images to speed up the process.

  1. Fees for Restocking

We may impose a restocking fee on some returns to cover the time and expense of inspecting and restocking the item. This sum typically equates to 15% of the item’s cost; however, no fee will be charged if we made a mistake.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, no matter what. This includes:

  • Items we made just for you or with a custom design
  • Final sale or clearance products
  • Items that were opened and can’t be sold again

If you’re not sure whether your item can be returned, ask us before sending it back.

  1. Shipping Costs for Returns

When you send something back and it’s not damaged or incorrect, the cost for return shipping is your responsibility. Pick a trusted shipping company and keep your tracking number safe in case we need it.

  1. International Returns

Right now, Packaging Company only accepts returns from customers in the United States. If you live somewhere else, please reach out to us before buying to see if returning would be possible.
