Custom Lighter Boxes

Our boxes are made from high-quality paperboard ranging from 14 pt to 28 pt (350 gsm–600 gsm). You can pick from SBS, E-flute corrugated, kraft, or rigid board for extra strength.

Yes. You can add a custom-shaped or rectangular window up to 60 % of the front panel area. We supply FDA-approved PET or PP plastic for clear windows.

You can. Standard forms comprise tuck-end, sleeve-and-tray, drawer, and pillow. We also can make custom forms like hexagons or ovals.

With 14 pt–18 pt SBS or kraft, they withstand up to 5 kg of weight stacked on top without creasing. Corrugated E-flute options hold up to 15 kg.

Selecting style of box, size, color, printing method, finish and special features like windows, embossing or foil stamping – up to 8 options per design.
